AddSurfaceLayerXYZC
AddSurfaceLayerXYZC adds a new 3D surface layer to a MapFrame object from a slice of a 3D grid. Returns a Surface object.
Syntax

Example 1
This example demonstrates how to create a contour map and coordinate system named MapFrame followed by its corresponding contour layer named ContourLayer from the 3D grid file named GoldConcentrationXYZC.vtk. It then creates a surface layer in the MapFrame with AddSurfaceLayerXYZC and names the layer Surface.
