File Menu Commands

The File menu in the plot document has the following commands:

Group	Command	Description
New	Plot Document	Creates a new plot window.
New	Worksheet	Creates a new worksheet window.
Open		Opens a file in a plot document
Open in Worksheet		Opens a data file in a worksheet
Save	Save	Saves the active document
	Save As	Saves the active document window to a new file name or location
	Save All	Saves all open plot, worksheet, and grid documents
	Save as PDF	Save the active document as a raster or vector PDF file.
Print		Prints the active plot document or worksheet
Page Setup		Set the page options for the plot, or set the page and printing options for the worksheet
Export		Exports vector or graphics files
Close		Closes the active document
Close All		Closes all open documents
Options		Set Surfer options and default properties in the plot window
Defaults		Set advanced default settings
Customize Ribbon		Customize the ribbon, quick access toolbar, and keyboard commands
Online	Check for Update	Connect to the Golden Software server and check for a newer version of Surfer.

	Surfer Product Page	Open the Surfer product page.
	Knowledge Base	Open the Golden Software Knowledge Base page.
	Support Videos	Open the Golden Software Support Videos page.
	Try Beta Version	Get more details on how to participate in the Beta program.
Feedback	Problem Report	E-Mail a problem report to Golden Software.
	Suggestion	E-Mail a suggestion to Golden Software.
	Information Request	Request additional information from Golden Software.
License Info		Activate a product key, connect to a license server, or view license information
About Surfer		View version information, system information, and contact information
Recent Documents		Open a recent plot, worksheet, or grid file
Exit		Closes Surfer
